The list is short, on purpose. The hotel's restaurant and a patisserie from 1946 in the town, the hotel and the campsite's café in Fredrika. We know the pizzerias and the grill exist but have not yet verified them, so they are in the list at the bottom rather than here.

The town's hotel, on the bank of the Ångermanälven river. Rooms from single to family rooms, conference facilities, and a restaurant serving lunch and dinner, à la carte with grilled dishes, fish and burgers, plus pub evenings. Booked on the hotel's website.

Patisserie and lunch
A patisserie since 1946 with its own bakery and one room still in its original 1940s condition, jukebox included. Recently reopened under new owners, with a lunch restaurant and a florist's in the same premises. Bananstubben is the house pastry.

In the villages
Gafsele Lappland Hostel has a restaurant serving Dutch, Indonesian and Italian food, and Lappland Pro Natur in Västra Gafsele has a restaurant and bar for its guests. Both under where to stay.

- Pike, perch, brown trout and grayling from the rivers and lakes, twenty fishing conservation areas in the municipality.
- Elk from the autumn hunt, which shapes the district in September and October.
- Cloudberries and lingonberries from the bogs and forests around Fredrika.
- Bananstubben, Konditori Kronan's own pastry since the 1940s.
